Meet Our Staff
Providing strong leadership and a high level of quality services is a top priority for the City of Norcross. We believe our job is to make your city a great place to raise a family, start a business, live a healthy lifestyle, and get to know your neighbors. Our city offers comprehensive services including community development and planning, police, public works, parks, economic development, tourism and cultural arts, solid waste collection and recycling, municipal court, and other administrative services. Staff is committed to providing excellent customer service, and with City Hall located just six minutes from the proposed annexation area, it is a convenient place to do business.

Meet Our Elected Officials
One of the benefits of joining a city is having elected officials who are responsible for a smaller area and focused on serving the residents and businesses in their own community. Our city is represented by a mayor and a five-member council. All council members are elected at large, meaning they represent the entire city rather than specific neighborhoods. Click here to learn more about our representatives and see a calendar of upcoming council meetings and policy work sessions, which are open to the public.

Do Business in Norcross
The City of Norcross has its own Economic Development Department dedicated to growing, retaining, and attracting businesses to Norcross. We regularly visit our businesses to understand their needs and offer expansion assistance, several local tax credits, and workforce assistance. If you are a small business looking to grow, several support programs are hosted at our Cultural Arts and Community Center in Downtown Norcross, including free small business advice from SCORE and the Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs (ACE) Women's Business Center. For companies looking for a home in Norcross, we provide site selection services to help you find the best fit for your business.
